Little beach boys and girls love running around in the sand, are in and out of the water, and are near impossible to keep seated under an umbrella. This makes it even more important to provide sunscreen with a high SPF. Our Sun Ozon Kids Sunscreen SPF 30 absorbs ultrafast and is extra waterproof. In addition, all products of our Sun Ozon kid’s range provide instant UVA / UVB protection, which offers reliable and instant protection against sun burn. The ultrafast absorption of this sun screen is especially helpful as it prevents sand from sticking to your child’s skin after application. This sun screen does not contain any perfume and is perfect for children’s sensitive skin.
This sun screen is especially recommended for children living with neurodermatitis, a skin condition characterized by chronic itching.
Infrared (IRA) protection:
55% of the light that hits your child’s skin on a daily basis is made up of infrared (IR or IRA) rays. IRA rays penetrate skin more deeply than either UVA or UVB rays, passing through into the subcutaneous layer. As a result, sunscreens that offer infrared protection are the best defense against sunburn and skin cancer for your child.
Compliant with the “Hawaiian reef protection act”:
In what has become known as the “Hawaii protocol”, Hawaii banned the sale of over-the-counter sunscreens containing oxybenzone and octinoxate in order to protect Hawaii’s marine environment in 2021. Some UV-filters often used in sunscreens are suspected to be harmful to coral reefs around the globe. All our Sun Ozon products are 100% compliant with the “Hawaiian reef protection act” and contain neither oxybenzone or octinoxate in order to protect the world’s marine environment.

Directions for use:
Apply generously. Not applying enough sun screen will negatively affect the sun protection provided. While this sunscreen is water proof, we suggest reapplying more after a swim, sweating, or drying off with a towel.
Pre-schoolers: at least 3 teaspoons sunscreen (15 ml)
School kids: at least 5 teaspoons sunscreen (25 ml)
Warnings and other important information:
Avoid intense midday sun. Always protect babies, toddlers and small children from direct sun, for example by using an umbrella and / or protective clothing and a hat. For children, always use a sunscreen with a SPF higher than 25. Despite using sunscreen, do not let them stay too long in the sun. Every sunburn causes long-lasting damage to their skin. Always wait for sunscreen to be completely absorbed by your skin before putting on clothes or going for a swim. Avoid contact with the eyes. Avoid contact with clothing – staining of the clothing can be possible with any sunscreen.
